Kathmandu- Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank Limited has participated in the 9th Nepal Land, Housing and Construction Expo 2026, currently being held at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu.
The expo, jointly organized by the Nepal Land and Housing Developers’ Federation and the Nepal Land and Housing Developers’ Association, is being held from Bhadra 1 to Bhadra 4. During the event, the bank is providing consultation and facilitation services for customers seeking loans to purchase land or houses and construct homes.
The bank said it has participated in the expo with the objective of expanding access to financial services in the housing and construction sectors by offering simple, convenient and competitive financial solutions based on customers’ needs.
According to the bank, it currently provides home and land purchase loans as well as home construction loans at competitive interest rates. Customers visiting the expo will also receive loans at attractive interest rates along with special concessions on administrative fees.
The bank’s current base rate for the month of Bhadra stands at 5.64 percent. Customers interested in home, land purchase or home construction loans can visit Stall No. A-21 at the expo for detailed information and consultation.
Bank representatives at the expo are directly interacting with customers and providing information about the loan application process and various banking facilities.
Meanwhile, Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has also recently brought into operation a Digital Hub with Coffee Lounge in Gyaneshwor, Kathmandu.
