Nepal-India joint ‘Surya Kiran-15’ training completed

Kathmandu: The 15th edition of the Nepal-India joint training ‘Surya Kiran’ has come to an end. The training held in Pithoragarh, Uttarakhand ended on Saturday after 14 days of rigorous training. The training, which began on September 21, focused on how to respond to terrorist attacks and disaster relief. Similarly, the participating army was also given an opportunity to promote professional and social ties. The training was concluded by a joint exercise by the armies of both sides demonstrating their warlike and dominance over the terrorist group during the verification exercise. The closing ceremony showcased the unique reciprocal touches and great talents of both the nations, while senior officials expressed their satisfaction with the performance. MCC and anti-development Mindset

-Kusum Bhattarai It has been seventy years since Nepal’s rulers, political parties and leaders started to share dreaming of ‘breaking the development’s root. The word ‘development’ has now replaced by ‘prosperity’. The dream of prosperity that the Nepali people have been dreaming of for a long time has not yet come true. Globalizing capital and market expansion may have given Nepal some modernity, though we are still a hundred and fifty years behind than the United States and Europe. This is because in every age of the past, we were unable to grab the possibilities and opportunities for prosperity. Development or prosperity is not just economic progress. This is a rite. The development of prosperity-oriented culture, thinking and contemplation in us is at a slow pace. Wishing for prosperity, dreaming, but if you see the opportunity and possibility to make the dream come true, give it away from your own narrow thinking and behavior. The US-funded MCC agreement is currently suffering from a similar narrow and developmental impasse. Does this country need development or not foreign investment or assistance for development should be accept or not? If we ourselves are unable to help, someone offering it with a noble spirit thinking of Nepal’s interest, why not take it? MOU been signed between AFNA and ACI

Kathmandu- An agreement has been signed between the Association of Former Nepali Ambassador of Nepal (AFNA) and the Ambassador Club of Israel (ACI). Head of the Indian Ministry of External Affairs Observe reconstruction Schools

Kathmandu- Anurag Srivastava, who is in charge of Nepal affairs at the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, has inspected the schools in Kavrepalanchok. Srivastava, who is in charge of Nepal and Bhutan affairs at the Ministry of External Affairs, inspected seven schools in the district that were rebuilt in collaboration with India. According to Indian embassy sources, he had gone to the school premises with Gokul Prasad Baskota, Member of the House of Representatives from Kavrepalanchok-2 to inspect the school. Sanofi and GSK are going to study the effects of corona vaccine in Nepal

Kathmandu- The International Vaccine Institute (IVI) is going to lead a clinical trial in Nepal to evaluate the safety, effectiveness and immunity of the corona vaccine, under Led by Sanofi and GSK. According to the Institute, IVI is going to study the effectiveness of the corona vaccine in Nepal under phase 3 of the international clinical trial. In which many countries, including the United States, Asia, Africa, and Latin America are representing themselves as a volunteer. Here is the information given by Sanofi: Sanofi and GSK received approval for their Phase 3 clinical study in Nepal to assess the safety, efficacy and immunogenicity oftheir adjuvanted recombinant-protein COVID-19 vaccine candidate. The International Vaccine Institute (IVI), an international organization dedicated to the discovery, development and delivery of safe, effective and affordable vaccines, will conduct the Phase 3 clinical trial in Nepal, expecting to enroll 4,000 volunteers across 3 study sites in the country.
