Kathmandu- Ncell has launched a new Monsoon Offer for its prepaid customers, allowing them to receive instant cashback ranging from 5% to 20% on eligible data and voice packs as well as new prepaid SIM card purchases.
Under the scheme, customers who activate an eligible pack worth Rs. 50 or more will receive an SMS confirming their reward. The cashback will then be credited to their account in the Ncell App, where it must be claimed within 24 hours. Once claimed, the reward must be used within one week.
According to Ncell, customers will receive 5% cashback on packs priced between Rs. 50 and Rs. 99, 10% on packs worth Rs. 100 to Rs. 200, 15% on packs priced between Rs. 201 and Rs. 499, and 20% cashback on packs costing Rs. 500 or more.
The cashback is available with every eligible purchase but cannot be transferred to another user or exchanged for cash. However, customers can accumulate rewards from multiple eligible purchases and redeem them within the validity period.
Ncell’s Chief Consumer Business Officer, Upang Dutta, said the campaign reflects the company’s commitment to delivering greater value to customers while encouraging them to explore the benefits available through the Ncell App. He added that the app provides access to exclusive rewards, partner offers, travel deals, and lifestyle products.
The company said the limited-time Monsoon Offer is available exclusively for prepaid customers and forms part of Ncell’s broader strategy to strengthen its digital ecosystem beyond traditional voice and data services.
