Kapilvastu- Two schools have been inaugurated at Kapilvastu in Lumbini. On Thursday, First Secretary of the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu Karun Vanshal inaugurated two school buildings constructed for Shivbhari Secondary School and Janaki Higher Secondary School in Maharajgunj Municipality-9 of Kapilvastu with the grant assistance of the Government of India.
According to the embassy, these projects have been taken forward at a cost of Rs 59.2 million with the financial assistance of the Government of India as a community development project under the India-Nepal Development Cooperation in the field of education.
These projects have been inaugurated as part of the ‘Amrit Mahotsav of Independence’ launched by the Government of India to celebrate the 75th anniversary of India’s independence.
