Nepal-India Supreme Courts Sign MOU in the Field of Judicial Cooperation
Kathmandu – India’s Supreme Court has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Nepal’s Supreme Court to develop, promote, and strengthen judicial cooperation between the two countries. The MoU was signed on Monday in the presence of Nepal’s Chief Justice, Justice Prakashman Singh Raut, and India’s Chief Justice, Justice Sanjiv Khanna.
