Kathmandu- A new e-commerce platform, Chynabazar, has officially launched in Nepal with the aim of connecting Chinese manufacturers directly with Nepali consumers, offering quality products at transparent and competitive prices.
According to Chynabazar Chief Executive Officer Stutee Shrestha, the platform eliminates multiple intermediaries in the supply chain by directly sourcing products from manufacturers in China, importing them through its own logistics network, storing them in its warehouses, and delivering them through its own distribution system.
Operating under the slogan “Enjoy Your Shopping,” Chynabazar will initially offer a wide range of electronics, fashion, lifestyle, health, and beauty products. The company plans to gradually expand its product portfolio in the coming months.
Alongside the online platform, Chynabazar has also opened its first Experience Store at Guna Complex in Kathmandu, allowing customers to physically inspect and experience products before making a purchase. The company plans to expand the concept to Birgunj and Bhairahawa in the first phase before reaching other major cities.
Customers can make digital payments through eSewa and Khalti. The company said it aims to strengthen Nepal’s growing digital economy by providing a reliable, affordable, and transparent shopping experience while expanding its nationwide network of offline Experience Stores.
