Ncell Implements 60-Second Pulse Rate for International Outgoing Calls

Kathmandu-  Ncell has introduced a new 60-second pulse rate for international outgoing calls to 198 countries, effective August 18, 2026. The revised pulse rate has been implemented following approval from the Nepal Telecommunications Authority (NTA) on August 7, 2026.
