The Bank has maintained an internationally recognized Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure the delivery of quality services under international standards. Accordingly, the Bank was initially certified under ISO 9001:2015, effective from Shrawan 32, 2081 (August 16, 2024), and successfully renewed its certification following the first surveillance audit conducted in Bhadra 2082.
