Birgunj-  More than 7,000 protective helmets for use by Nepal’s law enforcement agencies were handed over in a ceremony held in Birgunj on Friday. The helmets were formally handed over by Devi Sahai Meena, Consul General of India in Birgunj, to Shanti Raj Koirala, Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) of Nepal Police, Birgunj (Parsa).
