One sided Breastfeeding is harmful for the mother!

Breast milk is considered a storehouse of nutrients for the baby. Mother’s milk helps in the development of the physical and mental health of the baby. For this reason, experts have been advising mothers to breastfeed their babies for up to 6 months. Otherwise, in the absence of proper breastfeeding, the baby may lack immunity to fight against the disease and it is likely to cause various other physical problems. In addition to this, not only in infants but also in mothers due to lack of proper breastfeeding, there is a high risk of mental problems like postpartum depression due to hormonal imbalance as well as ovarian and breast cancer. Therefore, it is important for any mother to breastfeed her baby properly, not only for the baby but also for herself. This habit of the baby creates a kind of stress in the mother, at the same time it adversely affects both the mother and the baby. However, this habit of the baby is considered normal, and since such a habit can be eliminated, there is no need to worry about it. Therefore, first of all, it is very important...
