Kathmandu – Ambassador of India Naveen Srivastava and representatives of the local government have jointly inaugurated two projects built in the remote areas of Humla district with the financial support of the Indian government.

A school building built for Saraswati Secondary School in Sarkegad Rural Municipality and a lab and library building for Mahadev Secondary School in Chankheli Rural Municipality were inaugurated. Both the buildings were constructed with the assistance of Rs. Five corore.

Representatives of various political parties, social workers, government officials of Nepal, school management committee representatives, teachers, parents, students and local communities were present at the ceremony, according to the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu.
