Kathmandu- The foundation stone of a school under construction has been laid in Udayapur.
The foundation stone of the new school building of Shree Balmandir Secondary School at Gaighat, Triyuga Municipality Bokse, which is being constructed with Indian co-operation, was laid during a ceremony on Tuesday.
Foreign Minister Dr. The foundation stone was jointly laid by Narayan Khadka and depute chief mission of Indian embassyNamgyal C. Khampa.
The school, which is being constructed at a cost of Rs 31.11 million under the India-Nepal Development Cooperation as a community development project, currently has 1,100 students.
