Office assistant murdered

Baitadi– An office assistant working at Marma health post in Darchula was murdered on Tuesday.

Angabir Singh Thagunna, 46, hailing from Marma rural municipality-1, Gholjar was murdered, shared Police Inspector Hikmat Bohora at District Police Office, Darchula.

Thagunna was murdered at his home. A police team has recently reached the incident site.

The robbers had taken away Rs 1 million from Thagunna, shared Dinesh Singh, a local.

He had sustained deep injuries on his head. He was murdered while he was asleep at own house.
Thagunna’s wife and son are living in Terai zone.

Police primarily suspected that the murder case seemed to have occurred to loot Rs 1 million from Thagunna. RSS
