Kathmandu- Sipradi and Bhotekoshi Power Company, under the Siprabhya Group, have contributed NPR 5.1 crore to the Prime Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund to support rescue, relief and rehabilitation efforts in areas affected by the devastating floods.
The financial contribution is expected to support immediate rescue and relief operations, medical treatment and the restoration of infrastructure damaged by the floods, addressing the urgent needs of affected families and communities.
Alongside the financial assistance, the Group has also mobilized its social responsibility initiative, Sipradian Sahayata Sanstha, to provide direct relief to affected communities.
Representatives of Sipradian Sahayata Sanstha have reached affected areas and are identifying local needs while distributing essential relief materials, including food supplies, basic necessities and other items required by affected families.
The Siprabhya Group said it remains committed to standing in solidarity with affected communities and continuing cooperation for their rescue, relief and rehabilitation during the difficult situation.
