Kathmandu- Ncell has urged the government to ensure a stable, transparent and predictable business environment for foreign investors in Nepal.

During a meeting with Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle at the Ministry of Finance, Ncell Chief Corporate and Regulatory Officer Dilli Ram Shrestha raised concerns over regulatory uncertainty and challenges affecting the confidence of foreign investors.

Shrestha said policy stability, clear regulations and predictability in business operations are essential for maintaining investor confidence and ensuring the long-term sustainability of foreign investment in Nepal.

Ncell also emphasized the need for consistent government policies and a more investor-friendly regulatory framework to encourage both existing and potential foreign investors.

The company said creating a predictable investment climate would not only strengthen investor confidence but also help Nepal attract greater foreign investment and support long-term economic growth.
