Nepal and India Government Signed Agreement for Supply of Urea and DAP fertilizer

Kathmandu- A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the governments of the two countries for the supply of Nepal Urea and DAP fertilizer from India through G2G system. A MoU was signed today between the Government of Nepal and the India Government for long term supply of Urea and DAP fertilizer from India to Nepal. The MoU was signed by Dr. Govinda Prasad Sharma, Secretary, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development on behalf of Nepal and Rajesh Kumar Chaturvedi, Secretary, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India . MoU was signed between the two sides during a virtual ceremony held today in the presence of Agriculture and Livestock Development Minister Mahindra Ray Yadav and Indian Ambassador to Nepal Vinay Mohan Kwatra. At the signing ceremony, Secretary Chaturvedi discussed the close and multilateral relations between India and Nepal. He also said that the agreement reached between the two sides is expected to further enhance the bilateral cooperation in the field of agriculture by contributing to Nepal’s economy and food security. Indian Army gifts one lakh dose vaccine to Nepal Army

Kathmandu- The Indian Army has provided one lakh doses of vaccine against Corona to the Nepal Army. Under India’s ‘Vaccine Friendly’ initiative, the Indian Army has provided one lakh doses against Covid-19 made in India to the Nepal Army. Chief of the Gurkha Brigade Lt. Gen. P.N.
