Kathmandu- Indian Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi assured that justice will be served in the incident that took place at KIIT University in Odisha, India.
Talking to Nepali Councilors Sanjeev Das Sharma and Naveen Raj Adhikari, Minister Majhi assured that justice will be served in the case of deceased Nepali student Prakriti Lamsal of the university.
He also urged Nepali students to return to the campus and resume their studies, saying that peace and normalcy will be restored on the KIIT campus.
Ministers Mukesh Mahaling and Suryavanshi Suraj, Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja and Nepalese officials including Chief Minister Manoj Ahuja have held discussions at the State Guest House to ensure the restoration of normalcy at KIIT.
In addition, Nepal’s Foreign Minister Dr. Arju Rana Deuba has spoken to Suraj over the phone on this issue.
