Kathmandu – The Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal, ‘Prachanda‘, conferred with India‘s Acting Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the phone.
Prime Minister Dahal called his Indian counterpart on Wednesday to congratulate him on the successful completion of the seven-phase Lok Sabha elections. Prime Minister Modi has said that he is happy to talk to his Nepali counterpart through Twitter.
