Kathmandu – Auditor General of Nepal Toyam Rai and Comptroller and Auditor General of India Girish Chandra Murmu had a courtesy meeting.
Murmu, who is on an official visit to Nepal, and Auditor General of Nepal Roy signed a memorandum of understanding on Thursday regarding cooperation in the field of public sector audit.
It is hoped that the MoU will promote capacity building efforts and focus on improvement of procedures in the field of public sector audit.
