Kathmandu – The project portfolio performance review meeting between the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu and the Minister of Finance in Nepal has been concluded.
At the ‘Project Implementation Review Meeting’ jointly organized by the Indian Embassy here and the Ministry of Finance at the Ministry of Finance on Thursday, Minister Dr. Mahat expressed his gratitude to the Government of India for continuously helping Nepal in the project of economic upliftment of Nepal.
According to the Ministry of Finance, he expressed his commitment to provide all possible support from the Government of Nepal for the speedy implementation of subsidized loans as well as grant aid projects.
The Indian side in the meeting was led by the Ambassador of India to Nepal, Naveen Srivastava. On that occasion, both sides also discussed about mutual support and cooperation.
The delegation led by the Minister of Finance was attended by the relevant ministries, departments and agencies of the Government of Nepal as well as the relevant officials of the Indian Embassy.
