Budget session of Federal Parliament begins today

Kathmandu– The budget session of the Federal Parliament is beginning today.

As summoned by President Ram Chandra Paudel according to the Article 93 (1) of the Constitution of Nepal, the meeting of the Federal Parliament is taking place at 4:00 this afternoon.

Government’s policy and programmes, and annual budget for the upcoming fiscal year would be tabled in this session of the House.

In today’s House of Representatives (HoR) meeting, Finance Minister Dr. Prakash Sharan Mahat is scheduled to table a proposal on Principle and Priorities of Appropriation Bill for discussions.
