Kathmandu- The inauguration of Solukhumbu-based drinking water supply project has been completed. The project, built in Khumjung and Kunde villages of Khumbu Pasanglamu village municipality of the district with Indian cooperation, was inaugurated on Monday.
On behalf of Nepal, National Assembly Member for Drinking Water Supply Project Sonam Galgen Sherpa and First Secretary of the Indian Embassy Priyadharsini R jointly inaugurated the event.
This is one of the 75 projects being inaugurated this year in Nepal as part of “India@75 Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav” which celebrates 75 years of India’s independence.
