Kathmandu-The multi-purpose hall, dormitory and teacher’s building of the Nepal Police School at Dhangadhi, built with the financial support of the Government of India, has been inaugurated.

The building was jointly inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister for Internal Affairs and Law of the Far Western Province, Mrs. Purna Joshi and First Secretary of the Embassy of India, Navin Kumar.

The building is said to be one of the 75 projects to be inaugurated in Nepal this year under the ‘India @ 75 Independence Festival’ launched on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of India’s independence.

The school, which was rebuilt at a cost of Rs 42.26 million, currently has 665 students.
