Business are established in the society, business introduce, growth and survive in the society as open system. Here all the functions of business are interrelated with each other where society plays the role of unavoidable catalyst in the system. In this regard, business as a system, it intakes all the resources from environment, process them and resulted output, output is distributed to the market which appears as never ending cycle. So business should not compromise the interest of stakeholders while making business decisions. These decisions are related to the functions of business such as pricing, maintaining quality, staffing and other activities.

The existing market of Nepal known as demand based market, in this scenario every business house should fallow ethical practice, if they wish fulfill the meaning of their existence. A satisfied customer is one who will continue to buy from you, seldom shop around, refer other customers and in general be a superstar advocate for your business. If you take care of your people, your people will take care of your customers and your business will take care of itself.

If you want to survive in competitive market, you should be robustly answerable for the following questions permanently yourself.

Before you can set goals for a business, entrepreneurs must be explicit about their personal goals. And they must periodically ask themselves if those goals have changed. Many entrepreneurs say that they are launching their businesses to achieve independence and control their destiny, but those goals are too vague. If you stop and think about it, most entrepreneurs can identify goals that are more specific. For example, they may want an outlet for artistic talent, a chance to experiment with new technology, a flexible lifestyle, the rush that comes from rapid growth, or the immortality of building an institution that embodies their deeply held values. Financially, some entrepreneurs are looking for quick profits, some want to generate a satisfactory cash flow, and others seek capital gains from building and selling a company. Some entrepreneurs who want to build sustainable institutions do not consider personal financial returns a high priority.

Create relationship marketing, means provide a products or services for consumer to choose. It is focuses on the relationship in between of individual customer and seller, both of them will have benefited in their relationships. And it is not only for onetime trading products/services, the main goal is for keep a long-terms business with customer.

Every great work done and milestones achieved by an employee deserves utmost appreciation and respect. And nothing compares better than giving out employee award titles when it comes to extending the same appreciation and respect. Giving out a lucrative salary package may attract some really good and talented employees to work for you. Having such employees by your side may make you believe that everything is on track. Initially, it is true, everyone is working hard, are punctual, disciplined and most essentially they are motivated. However, the same qualities of those employees and their level of motivation often tend to fade away in the long run. And the sole reason for this is none other than disengagement at work.

Product performance and customer service are closely linked in any quality program; the greater the attention to product quality in production, the fewer the demands on the customer service operation to correct subsequent problems. Office equipment manufacturers, for example, are designing products to have fewer manual and more automatic controls. Not only are the products easier to operate and less susceptible to misuse but they also require little maintenance and have internal troubleshooting systems to aid in problem identification. The up-front investment in quality minimizes the need for customer service.

Many top businessmen in the world say that the customer is the most important part of any business, and it’s true when you think in tandem with them. This is because all decisions are driven by the customer’s desires, whether old or new, and you must keep up with them or you are going to fail in business.

What this means therefore is that customer care and customer service excellence should be the most important parts of your business, and you should dedicate your time and energy to make your customer feel valued and satisfied.

The best way to know that your customer is happy with your product is they come back to buy more of what you sell. A good customer care system in your business would ensure there is a good follow up for customers, and this follow up should show if your customers come back to repurchase. If this happens, then your customer is most likely happy.
