Kathmandu– As a precursor to the 12th International Day of Yoga, to be observed on June 21, the Embassy of India in Nepal, in collaboration with the Ayurveda Campus of Tribhuvan University, organized a special yoga session at the university premises.

The event was attended by Vice Chancellor of Tribhuvan University, Prof. Dr. Khadga Bahadur Bajracharya, as the Chief Guest. Faculty members, students, and yoga enthusiasts participated enthusiastically in the session.

The program highlighted yoga’s timeless message of health, harmony, and holistic well-being. Participants engaged in various yoga practices aimed at promoting physical fitness, mental wellness, and a balanced lifestyle.

The event forms part of a series of activities being organized ahead of International Day of Yoga 2026, reaffirming the growing importance of yoga as a means to foster individual and collective well-being.
