Kathmandu, July 24: The main opposition, Nepali Congress party staged a demonstration at Maitighar Mandala calling upon the government to address the demands of Dr Govinda KC.
District-level members of the party from Kathmandu Lalitpur and Bhaktapur took part in the demonstration. Also at the protest meet held in New Baneswar, Kathmandu district chair Sabuj Krishna Baniya, Lalitpur chair Madan Amatya and Bhatapur chair Durlav Thapa of the party urged the government to take the initiatives to hold dialogue with Dr KC immediately.
