Kathmandu – Vice-President Nanda Kishor Pun attended a reception organized here today on the occasion of the National Day of Egypt.
The special ceremony organized by the Egyptian Ambassador to Nepal, Iman Moustafa, at his office in Lalitpur on the National Day of Egypt and the 60th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic ties between Nepal and Egypt.
In attendance at the event were the chiefs of the Constitutional bodies in the country, head of the diplomatic missions in Nepal, various political leaders, Mayors of Kathmandu Metropolitan City and Lalitpur Municipality as well as high-ranking officials of the government of Nepal among others.
On the occasion, an exhibition themed “Egyptian Cuisine’ was also held. (RSS)
