Kathmandu, May 20 (RSS): Minister for Home Affairs Ram Bahadur Thapa has directed the police officials to end syndicate persisting in all the sectors.

Issuing directives to the Deputy Inspector Generals, who were recently assigned the responsibility of provincial chiefs, Minister Thapa said that no kind of syndication would be acceptable to the government.

Thapa further argued that the syndicates and monopoly persisting in health, education and other social sectors should be ended soon. He also urged to work aimed at ending corruption and irregularities.

Minister Thapa also opined for ending the illegal extraction of natural resources.

Provincial chiefs of Investigation Department and Traffic offices were also present in the meeting.
Similarly, secretary at the Ministry Prem Kumar Rai, Inspector General of Police Sarbendra Khanal, Minister’s advisor Surya Subedi among others were present in the meeting.
