The continuous fluid landslide has obstructed the Narayangarh-Muglin road section again. Police said that the road traffic has been disrupted with no let-up in the landslide at Ichhakamana rural municipality-6, Charkilo following the incessant rain.

Police Inspector of the Area Police Office Muglin Kanchan Tamang shared that the traffic along the road section has been disrupted since 6.00 am this morning due to recurrent flow of fluid. It was difficult to remove fluid debris from the road due to continuous rainfall through dozer was already available there to do so, Inspector Tamang added. Road traffic would be made smooth after clearing off the road following the let-up of rain.

“The fluid mudslide is continually taking place”, he said, adding that it may take a couple of hours to remove the debris but it has not yet started due to torrential rain. RSS
