The online appointment service has been launched at Kathmandu Model Hospital after joining the e-appointment platform firm launched in collaboration with Nepal’s leading payment service provider Esewa and Cogent Health. Along with this, from now on, online appointments can be made through Esewa mobile application for treatment in Kathmandu and consultation with doctors.
The online appointment service is expected to streamline the hospital’s OPD services and increase patient satisfaction. Patients will be able to make appointments and pay at home, thus avoiding the hassle of queuing at the hospital and saving time. This service will be even more convenient during the current Covid 19 epidemic. The number of hospitals joining the platform is increasing with the launch of online appointment service in hospitals by Cogent Health and Esewa.
