Kathmandu. President of Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has said that the education henceforth needs to be practical and scientific.

Addressing the gold jubilee celebrations of the Soshi Secondary School in west Chitwan here Wednesday, he said the government is working to draft policies necessary for practical and scientific education. The previous policies were responsible for declining attraction of students and parents to public schools.

On the occasion, he announced Rs. One million from the MP development fund to help complete an under-construction building of the school located in ward no 25 of Bharatpur municipality.
