Kathmandu- Khadgi Institute of Endourology is going to conduct free Mini PCNL surgery camp.
In collaboration with Aarus Lifestyle, Nepal and Red Crescent of Kuwait, the institute is going to conduct a free Mini PCNL surgery camp from 18th to 20th of Falgun (2nd to 4th March).
According to the managing director of the institute and consultant urologist Dr. Sanjay Khadgi, At the camp, the patients who are suffering from kidney stone can do surgery for free. Mini PCNL is kind of surgery, which will be done without a major incision.
‘This modern service technology is painless and it minimize hospital stay duration of the patient’, Khadgi explains. Located in Kupandol, Lalitpur, the institute has been providing services to patients through mini PCNL technology since its inception.
‘For this the patients should have to register their names within 4th to 15th of Falgun (16th to 27th Feb.)’, he added. Also he stated that the camp will provide free counselling and medicine along surgery. Similarly the organization argues that, the institute has targated of 40 patients during the three-day camp.
Apart from the camp, the institute has been conducting kidney stone surgery program for four needy patients every day at the government rate.
