Kathmandu- The Nepal-India Friendship Society (NBFS) has expressed deep condolences over the death of Indian General Bipin Rawat in a helicopter crash.
Noting that General Rawat was not only an intelligent, honest, courageous and far-sighted general but also very kind, he said that his death was a great loss for the whole of India.
Rawat along with his wife Madhulika and 11 other security personnel were killed in a helicopter crash in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu on Wednesday. Expressing homage to the untimely death, NBFS wished eternal peace to his departed soul.
