Kathmandu- The Government of Nepal and the Government of India have reached an understanding for the mutual recognition of the Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate.

The MoU was signed between Indian Ambassador to Nepal Vinay Mohan Kwatra and Health Secretary Dr.  Roshan Pokharel on Tuesday.

With the understanding, the Corona Vaccine Certificate of either India or Nepal will be recognized in both the countries. According to the Ministry of Health, citizens of both the countries can now move around only with a certificate of vaccination against corona.
