Kathmandu- Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has appeared in person and submitted a written reply to the Supreme Court today on the issue of contempt of court.
According to Surya Thapa, Press Adviser to the Prime Minister, he has submitted a written reply in person for the dignity, honor and dignity of the Supreme Court. He said that even if the Prime Minister gave only a written reply, he would have submitted it himself respecting the court.
Senior Advocate Dr. Kumar Sharma Acharya and advocate Kanchan Krishna Neupane had filed a contempt of court case in the Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, alleging that the Prime Minister had obstructed the administration of justice.
As per the order of the same nature, four former chief justices Min Bahadur Rayamajhi, Anupraj Sharma, Kalyan Shrestha and Sushila Karki have also submitted written replies.
