This is the age of human resource accounting but effective human resource system does not count the head of people counts only the people who are considered as precious assets for the organization.

If you aim to cultivate a better company culture and working environment for your employees, you must be able to go straight to the source and ask your employees directly about their wants and needs. This can be done in several ways; scheduling one-on-one meetings, sending out surveys, having casual conversations, or even taking behavioral assessments.

Keeping an open dialogue with every employee about their professional goals or demands will make them feel heard and valued and keep them motivated for the long-term stay.

Being a good leader does not just mean being able to effectively delegate roles and promote company success. It also means that you possess the emotional intelligence required to listen to the needs and feelings of others, and act accordingly in response to those needs and feelings. Great leaders know how to empathize just as well as they know how to execute a process.

Many organizations in Nepal, they ignore the value of frontline staff due to the lack of literacy regarding the importance of frontiers the organizational system, no doubt there is deep relationship between mission statement, human resource planning, the job analysis and job design. You may come to the battlefield of arguments without ignoring the following statements you may feel shame yourself.  First, a question goes to every business organizations in Nepal what type of product is going to be introduced in the market? Are you being acknowledged with the core competence of your desired products? Will you able to hire such people who can be matched with your mission statement? Similarly second question goes to every business manager that you are familiar to the objective of your organization? Do you have such managerial skills which your entire system can deserve better? Can you match the interest of yours all stakeholders? Finally if these above statements are answerable by you, then only continue your business, if not please do not try to make pollution this greenery environment.

Another contemporary issue in Nepalese business organizations is payment of remuneration for the frontier staffs in the organizations. If you raise a question regarding the experiences of their current business, proudly many of them answer, the experience of more than decades but the realistic data shows  many of them are not able to distribute the wages of many frontiers staff, even if this is regarded nominal expenses for them, as compared to other expenses. So every single person can raise a question that Nepalese business houses are conducting ethical business in the Nepal? If you wish your bright future in competitive environment, you are expected to fallow international business guidelines where you can survive for long time at international level.
