Minister for Federal Affairs and General Administration Hridayesh Tripathi has said investment from private and public sectors was imperative in education sector. He also said there was no dispute among the political parties on the issues relating to education and health. Minister Tripathi said it during a programme organized to mark the 43rd anniversary of the Divyajyoti Secondary School of Bardaghat municipality-2 in West Nawalparasi on Tuesday. “As per the constitutional provision, investment in education should be made by both private and public sectors.” The local levels need to be aware and active to manage the education up to secondary level in line with the constitution. He however said with three-tier of government in place, a kind of uncertainty and confusion was created over the exercise of rights which resulted in slow down in country’s economic, education and health sectors.
