Chairman of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’ has said the recently concluded central committee meeting of the party was a new fusion of collectivism and integration. At a programme organised in the capital city on Friday, the former PM and NCP Chairman said that the party had moved ahead in a campaign by being united at the CC meeting. Prachanda also expressed his dissatisfaction over the massive despair and added that corruption should decrease from the local to federal levels so that people could realise this. On the occasion, he raised concern over the tax system stating whether it was not in favor of people. He was of the view that the communist party’s government should adopt the policy of liberal tax system to the national capitalists and poor but it was not realised.
