Kathmandu –  Lawmakers have drawn the government’s attention towards various issues including increasing tax imposed by the local levels and missing border pillars in Bardiya.

Taking part in the ‘zero-hour’ of today’s meeting of House of Representatives, they also drew government’s attention over low-quality black topping of roads in the rainy season at the end of fiscal year to spend the budget as well as attempt of attack on lawmaker Niru Pal in the capital at a time when hearing was on in the name of proposed Chief Justice at the Parliamentary Hearing Special Committee.
They also suggested the government to upgrade the muddy and dusty roads of Kathmandu Valley as well as to bring a programme for the management of garbage of Kathmandu Valley.

The lawmakers expressing their views are Rajmati Shahi, Bharat Kumar Shah, Mahesh Basnet, Bimal Nepali, Rajan KC, Mahendra Kumari Limbu, Mina Subba, Yagya Bahadur Bogati, Rambir Manandhar, Yagyaraj Sunuwar, Yasodha Kumari Subedi and Ram Bahadur Bista.  (RSS)
