Butwal– A covered hall is being construction in Parsawal of Sainamaina municipality at the cost of Rs. 5 million.
The covered hall will include courts for badminton, table tennis, basketball and futsal and is expected to be completed within the next 12 months, according to the construction users committee chair Tika Bahadur Shahi. The District Coordination Committee and the District Sports Development Committee have contributed Rs. 1 million each for the work.
It has the capacity for 300 spectators and is expected to benefit all those interested and involved in the field of sports, added Shahi. It will give an identity to the municipality while also bringing radical changes to the sports sector. RSS
