Chitwan, July 19: The road has been obstructed following a landslide at Tope Khola on the Narayangadh-Mugling section of the highway.
The landslip occurred at 5 this morning at Tope Khola of Ichchakamana rural municipality-6 this morning, the District Police Office Chitwan said.
According to police it will take five to eight hours to remove the landslide debris. Landslides are frequent on this section of the highway whenever it rains as the hill slopes on the road side have been scraped in course of the road widening works.
