Jajarkot– A 19-year-old woman has got life sentence for murdering her child born out of wedlock.
A single bench of Judge Dev Kumar Giri ruled against Sabita Pun of Nalgad Municipality-1. Pun had illicit sexual relations while she was staying in a rented room at Bheri Municipality-1 to pursue further studies, said the police, adding that after giving birth, she thrust the newborn into a plastic bag and threw it into the Bheri river.
